项目编号：【33067】 给我的AI项目找个设计师，主要是web-application的UI/UX 设计，另外公司网站（用wordpress)的设计。由于团队成员大多不说中文，故需要会一定的英语，至少得看得懂，目标客户是欧洲地区，设计需要契合当地客户需求。 要求 1. 会英语，至少得看得懂英语。 2. 会Figma，或者能快速学习也可以. 3. 最好能懂一些marketing，用户交互，知道如何给用户创造价值，如何提供更好的用户体验 4. 我会来培训相关技能，需要好学，好相处。 1. Has an interest on actively participating in our AI project. 2. Understand that our project is exploratory and innovative, with very high uncertainty. We need a designer's mindset to think about how to create and capture value to users, under technical constrains. E.g what service and user experience should we deliver, how? 3. Understand the nature and ways of working of our project, e.g part-time, collaboration, autonomy. 4. As innovative as possible, think about the market, persona, customer journey, study the user, the problem, the needs. 每周工作1-2 天即可，每天的预算400元以内。
